This paper explores how food and beverage proprietors in rural, tourism-dependent economies can leverage intangible assets to enhance their value proposition. Adopting a Service-Dominant (S-D) logic approach, the study presents empirical findings from the operational revival of a retail café and creamery over two consecutive seasons.
